Our motivation is simple: We believe we have a responsibility to eliminate the negative impact of single use products. Your Role

We are looking for Production Support for our production facility in Berlin, Germany, where we make hundreds of our clay-based cups each day. You’ll join a small team of operators and participate in all stages of the production process.

• 🛁 4-Day Work Week. This is a full-time role at 36 hours over 4 days / week.
• 🏭 Throughout the production process, we combine traditional ceramic production techniques with modern technology.
• 🖨️ You will print hundreds of ultra thin clay-based cups each day.
• ♻️ You will rotate between different steps of the production process throughout the week.

This position is based in Berlin, Germany. The hourly wage for this role is 15 EUR / hour. At full-time, the salary is 2600 EUR / month.

Your Profile

• 📆 Reliable & Organized. You do what you say. The team can count on you.
• 💪 Physical work. You’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty.
• 🧐 Detail oriented. Our cups are ultra thin. Precision matters.
• 🔧 Interest in Ceramics or Mechanical Engineering. While not a requirement, a demonstrated interest in crafts and technical work is a big plus.
